I started using LeBleu Home Delivery over a year ago for my Myrtle Beach home. I have always used bottled water for my drinking water. I had grown tired of hauling those heavy cases of water from the store to the car and then back into the house or storage area. It just seamed I was always moving those cases around and opening them up to place into the frig, since I prefer cold water. I decided to purchased a Brio Home hot/cold water cooler/dispenser and started LeBleu home delivery. First of all the water taste amazing, the cooler would accept either 3 or 5 gallon bottles. The driver brings the bottles right to front door or garage whatever you leave the empty ones for pickup at the same time as delivery. I am totally sold on the added convenience and since the 5 gallon size last me at least two weeks before I have to change them out, I am not messing around with water bottles all the time. I also purchase a case of their 20oz bottles to offer to guests, so that they can just take them with them if they choose. The bottles are BPA free and super strong, unlike most store bought water bottles.

Absolutely the best water ever!! It’s pure, refreshing and taste like pure clean water from a crisp pure mountain stream, only better as one doesn’t have to worry about impurities. We have been drinking LeBleu for at least 5 years and we miss it extremely when we travel and can’t find it. Wish they sold nationally!! I even fill containers with to drink when we go glamping in our trailer. Never had problems with delivery and have a great delivery guy! Would and do recommend it to our family and friends

The water is disguising and the customer service sucks. I called and they had me on hold the lady that was helping me sounded like she was eating a biscuit on the phone. All my water tasted like metal. Not drinkable and I highly do not recommend.

I’ve been a customer for a couple years now. In that time, (1) they have missed multiple delivery dates, (2) overcharged me several times for water we did not receive - reported this with no resolution, and (3) left us water even when I said not to. We use about 4 bottles a month. We have like 4 months worth of water that I don’t want or need. Just sick and tired of the hassles.

My experience signing up was frustrating. I chose another company in the end. I updated from one to three stars for their efforts to try and resolve the issue. I won’t remove the rating because their system is confusing, and unnecessarily so. They did make efforts to resolve the matter, however so I feel that’s worth the extra stars.I cannot rate their quality of water nor their actual delivery service as we never reached that point.

*Updating my experience as of 4-10-26. The motto of “The Best Water. The Best Service is half true, I’ll give credit to the taste. However, my most recent experience had a tech calling me about not being able to deliver my order. He left a message to call him back, and I did so twice and even texted him - no answer from Ronald. Lackluster Customer Service.Danelle at the office is great, but the communication between the team and the delivery techs leaves much to be desired. In the past 3 deliveries, 2 of them have been to the wrong house in the neighborhood. Even with the house numbers by the doors, this has been a frustrating experience that has caused a lot of delays. The product is great but make sure all the back end details are correct with your orders. No one will check if they overcharge you unless you bring it to their attention.

Water is great but the service has been sketchy over the past two years but has improved somewhat. When we moved from Charlotte uptown we had billing issues and problems with pickup. We never get the same person and by the time we get used to a face their long gone so its hard to build trust when there's a problem and zero customer support. Calling support gets you no where. They have a high turnover so you never know who's coming to your house and nobody seems to know any notes about your delivery. Just a bizarre company and lacking any good business practices.

There are so many things I appreciate about this company. Probably the number one on my list is their top-notch customer service. From the office staff to the technicians to the drivers, I have literally never encountered anyone unpleasant,m unfriendly, or unhelpful: everyone I have spoken with or interacted with has been friendly--but not in an over-the-top fakey way, more so in a way of this-is-just-the-way-we-do-business way. I love that about them. Next, delivery: seamless. Their system texts me a few days ahead so I am always prepared. They always deliver exactly what I need, no under or over delivery. Smooth and easy right to my door. Last I'll mention advertising...or kind of lack thereof. There's no pressuring to purchase additional products but more of an invitation to try out their other things. I get probably one text a month that says something like "have you considered adding this to your order". And that's it. There is a referral system that allows you to get a bit off your invoice if a new customer mentions your name but no pressuring from the company to do so. In fact, I only even know about that program because someone at the office mentioned it to me over the phone when I called about service for my cooler. If you are looking for water delivery options and wondering which company in the area has the best water (didn't even mention the quality, which is excellent!) and service...well, congrats, ya found it!
