When I started the water service I came to the reviews like everyone does but my experience has not been positive. I should have paid more attention to the one stars and the dissatisfaction because there are delays after delays and delivery is later and later. I believe they bring people from other places because Charlotte seems like there's no one in the office and it says permanently closed. I can't get anywhere with customer service. They just make excuses. It's really not worth the hassle.No response

I was switching water delivery companies for my business and Bryan Rumley was my sale rep. He helped me make an easy and smooth transfers to La Bleu. He had even given me a couple pointer to make the transition go quicker! I really appreciated his time and effort that he gave! So glad we made the switch and super thankful for great customer service!

It has been completely frustrating dealing with this company although I can say that Steve in Charlotte has been very helpful. Delivery has been hit or miss and sometimes late in the evening. Dealing with the billing department is like pulling teeth so don't waste your time, call your credit card directly.I came here and checked reviews when we started our service and now I'm coming to realize that most of these have to be bogus. The water is ok but buyer be ware of unapproved charges, poor customer service and unreliable delivery.

I LOVE Le Bleu water! The customer service is great. The delivery drivers are wonderful and friendly. And the taste is top-notch. I have to admit that when I can't get Le Bleu, I get a little sad inside. I also wish more restaurants would serve Le Bleu because more often than not, their water tastes horrible, and I can just imagine how many contaminants are in it since it's mostly just yucky tap water.

Absolutely the best water ever!! It’s pure, refreshing and taste like pure clean water from a crisp pure mountain stream, only better as one doesn’t have to worry about impurities. We have been drinking LeBleu for at least 5 years and we miss it extremely when we travel and can’t find it. Wish they sold nationally!! I even fill containers with to drink when we go glamping in our trailer. Never had problems with delivery and have a great delivery guy! Would and do recommend it to our family and friends

The water is disguising and the customer service sucks. I called and they had me on hold the lady that was helping me sounded like she was eating a biscuit on the phone. All my water tasted like metal. Not drinkable and I highly do not recommend.

I’ve been a customer for a couple years now. In that time, (1) they have missed multiple delivery dates, (2) overcharged me several times for water we did not receive - reported this with no resolution, and (3) left us water even when I said not to. We use about 4 bottles a month. We have like 4 months worth of water that I don’t want or need. Just sick and tired of the hassles.

My experience signing up was frustrating. I chose another company in the end. I updated from one to three stars for their efforts to try and resolve the issue. I won’t remove the rating because their system is confusing, and unnecessarily so. They did make efforts to resolve the matter, however so I feel that’s worth the extra stars.I cannot rate their quality of water nor their actual delivery service as we never reached that point.

*Updating my experience as of 4-10-26. The motto of “The Best Water. The Best Service is half true, I’ll give credit to the taste. However, my most recent experience had a tech calling me about not being able to deliver my order. He left a message to call him back, and I did so twice and even texted him - no answer from Ronald. Lackluster Customer Service.Danelle at the office is great, but the communication between the team and the delivery techs leaves much to be desired. In the past 3 deliveries, 2 of them have been to the wrong house in the neighborhood. Even with the house numbers by the doors, this has been a frustrating experience that has caused a lot of delays. The product is great but make sure all the back end details are correct with your orders. No one will check if they overcharge you unless you bring it to their attention.

Water is great but the service has been sketchy over the past two years but has improved somewhat. When we moved from Charlotte uptown we had billing issues and problems with pickup. We never get the same person and by the time we get used to a face their long gone so its hard to build trust when there's a problem and zero customer support. Calling support gets you no where. They have a high turnover so you never know who's coming to your house and nobody seems to know any notes about your delivery. Just a bizarre company and lacking any good business practices.

i love using to make my coffee. it makes my coffee taste so much better than using just tap water!!! Im a huge coffee fan so this is a plus, having much better, cleaner tasting water!!!

There are so many things I appreciate about this company. Probably the number one on my list is their top-notch customer service. From the office staff to the technicians to the drivers, I have literally never encountered anyone unpleasant,m unfriendly, or unhelpful: everyone I have spoken with or interacted with has been friendly--but not in an over-the-top fakey way, more so in a way of this-is-just-the-way-we-do-business way. I love that about them. Next, delivery: seamless. Their system texts me a few days ahead so I am always prepared. They always deliver exactly what I need, no under or over delivery. Smooth and easy right to my door. Last I'll mention advertising...or kind of lack thereof. There's no pressuring to purchase additional products but more of an invitation to try out their other things. I get probably one text a month that says something like "have you considered adding this to your order". And that's it. There is a referral system that allows you to get a bit off your invoice if a new customer mentions your name but no pressuring from the company to do so. In fact, I only even know about that program because someone at the office mentioned it to me over the phone when I called about service for my cooler. If you are looking for water delivery options and wondering which company in the area has the best water (didn't even mention the quality, which is excellent!) and service...well, congrats, ya found it!

The company isn't trustworthy. The delivery driver asked the customer to use their bathroom twice, which is totally inappropriate. As for the water quality, not sure if it's that good. Might be a good idea to request information about it's source

My husband and I can't drink the unsafe 'community', here in N. C., We have "been there and did that" in Vermont as well... At one time we used a 'delivery' service (for Poland Springs or Deer park - can't remember which in Vermont), then they changed a delivery company to - the one they presently use. Horrible service I vowed never to deal with them again. But we've been drinking bottled, since we moved here - and IMO LeBleu is the BEST! Long story short, "I" was looking for a 'delivery' of water and I reallllyyy don't like piling up the landfill with all the plastic bottles we used every month... I called LeBleu once and was told they didn't deliver in our area 😥.... Sooo after a few months I 'sent' an email to them - "Lo n Behold", I finally got a different answer! I called the number that was in the email, and got our first delivery in just a few days. We are very happy to start using the water that we 'really' want! Thank YOU LeBleu for everything!!!UPDATE —- LeBleu water and service has been 100% thank you ALL very much!

We just love LeBleu water, we have tried every other brand out there on the market and nothing compares to the clean refreshing taste of LeBleu. We do also love the fact that the company is so accommodating of personal home delivery. I tell everyone about this water, great job LeBleu!
