I did not receive my water on the scheduled date, and I was not notified that the delivery driver was unable to complete his route. I had to call to get a new delivery date. This is not great customer service.

I received a call from Robert, who apologized for the inconvenience that was caused. He explained what happened and stated that steps were in place that would notify me if anything like that happened again. They came back on Friday to deliver the water. I appreciate the time and attention from Le Bleu in getting this issue resolved.

I live in Abington Subdivision in Kernersville NC. A recent water advisory to not drink or bathe in our water because of nitrates/water main break-put a scare in our neighborhood. I’m so thankful that I had LeBleu water to fall back on. Totally worth the money! I’d also like to give a shout out to our delivery driver Robert Larkin. He helps out a lot by putting our delivery on our rack in our garage. Thank you Robert for all of your help!

My husband and I have been drinking Le Bleu for many years and are so very happy with the taste and quality of the water. We first noticed the Le Bleu trucks delivering water to a neighbor across the street who is a nephrologist, and thought that if someone who is a doctor and specializes in kidney health drinks Le Bleu, it must be good. Little did we know how good! Plus, we live in Aiken, SC and our driver has been solidly dependable, delivering all the way from NC! He is always professional, and can be counted on like clockwork. I LOVE Le Bleu water! The customer service is great. The delivery drivers are wonderful and friendly. And the taste is top-notch. I have to admit that when I can't get Le Bleu, I get a little sad inside. I also wish more restaurants would serve Le Bleu because more often than not, their water tastes horrible, and I can just imagine how many contaminants are in it since it's mostly just yucky tap water.

Absolutely the best water ever!! It’s pure, refreshing and taste like pure clean water from a crisp pure mountain stream, only better as one doesn’t have to worry about impurities. We have been drinking LeBleu for at least 5 years and we miss it extremely when we travel and can’t find it. Wish they sold nationally!! I even fill containers with to drink when we go glamping in our trailer. Never had problems with delivery and have a great delivery guy! Would and do recommend it to our family and friends

i love using to make my coffee. it makes my coffee taste so much better than using just tap water!!! Im a huge coffee fan so this is a plus, having much better, cleaner tasting water!!!

There are so many things I appreciate about this company. Probably the number one on my list is their top-notch customer service. From the office staff to the technicians to the drivers, I have literally never encountered anyone unpleasant,m unfriendly, or unhelpful: everyone I have spoken with or interacted with has been friendly--but not in an over-the-top fakey way, more so in a way of this-is-just-the-way-we-do-business way. I love that about them. Next, delivery: seamless. Their system texts me a few days ahead so I am always prepared. They always deliver exactly what I need, no under or over delivery. Smooth and easy right to my door. Last I'll mention advertising...or kind of lack thereof. There's no pressuring to purchase additional products but more of an invitation to try out their other things. I get probably one text a month that says something like "have you considered adding this to your order". And that's it. There is a referral system that allows you to get a bit off your invoice if a new customer mentions your name but no pressuring from the company to do so. In fact, I only even know about that program because someone at the office mentioned it to me over the phone when I called about service for my cooler. If you are looking for water delivery options and wondering which company in the area has the best water (didn't even mention the quality, which is excellent!) and service...well, congrats, ya found it!
