If I could give zero stars, I would. I canceled my service with Blue Enterprises over a week ago, and they still haven’t picked up the water cooler and bottles, even though they promised a pickup on Friday. It’s now Sunday, and the equipment has been sitting on my front porch for days, clearly visible and ready for them to take—yet no one has shown up.On top of that, they had the nerve to charge me for June, just a week after charging me for May, even though I had already canceled the service. When I contacted them, they kept giving excuses about not having access to my property. That’s laughable, considering they had no issue delivering water to me monthly and I haven’t moved.It feels like they’re deliberately dragging this out to keep me locked into their billing cycle. I shouldn’t have to pay because their workers don’t want to do their jobs. This company has zero accountability and clearly no regard for their customers’ time or money. I will never recommend Blue Enterprises to anyone—they hold your money hostage and try to charge more than you actually owe. Absolutely terrible experience.
Watch out for this company. I cancelled my service several months ago and they still delivered me water. I call them and they see the error and pick up the water the following day. They never remove the charge from my creditcard company so I ended up having to dispute it.Also, to get your deposit back, you have to email them, which is shady because who doesn’t want their money back but they hope you forget to request it back. I emailed them multiple times and every time they say I have to request the money back. That’s what I was doing. Finally, months later (plural) I get a check in the mail.Today I get another random charge from them and not sure why. The service is cancelled, there’s no bottles delivered.You’re better off getting water from Costco. It’s cheaper and you don’t have to worry about them stealing money from you.Updates: they contacted me after writing this review with an apology and ensuring me they will make it right. I haven’t heard from them since. I have sent several emails and No refund for the bottle deposit or billing me a service I didn’t have.
I had a great experience today with Le Bleu. My wife and I dealt with Tina and she is outstanding. She followed up with my wife unprompted just to see how our delivery went. I got jug service and then my wife decided she wanted bottle service and she didn’t even bat an eye at our change of heart. She got us set up quickly and talked us through all are options. She made us excited for water lmao Talked to me like a friend and treated me like gold. She should be training all reps on giving outstanding service. Give this girl a raise!!!
I was told that delivery date would be today. I was speaking with customer service and never got reply. After waiting home for the delivery- it never came, no email or anything saying it was late. Logged into the account online and now date says tomorrow. Which I don’t even trust that at this point.
Le Bleu has the best water!! After drinking Le Bleu you'll notice a bug difference in other waters. Nit only is the water good but the company and service is amazing. Friendly customer service makes it easy to make any order changes and the deliveries are always on time!
Le Bleu Enterprises has delivered bottled water to our boarding stable for years. They always deliver in a timely manner, have addressed any issues with prompt and courteous service and delights our farmily with new products to try out. If you are looking for a company that still treats the customer with respect and concern, this is one of the best!

I love this water. I have breast cancer and I swear by this water. This water hydrates me to the fullest. This water is the only water I would drink and I just love the taste. Orders are scheduled at your convenience or on a routine every month and for that I am greatly appreciative .
