I’m posting this score because I have been a long time customer. Always loved the water and still do. I unfortunately recently lost my father and am out of work at the moment. They are very accommodating and usually take a portion of the payment. I called to make the payment but was only told it was $$. The next day I was charged the remaining balance without me knowing of this second charge. I called to see what happened and was told my “contract” stated they can collect remaining balance. Well if that was the case I should have been told at time of payment. I’ll still use them but WOW. I could have used a card that had that amt on it and now I get deal with overdraft fees. This all could have been avoided if they had just let me know my full balance was $$$ and needed satisfied at that time. Instead they chose to ask for the smaller amt then just charge my card on file without my consent. That’s poor customer service. I have a copy of the contract being sent to me. Of course I didn’t read it, but they have not been this way before.

Le Bleu is Pure, Refreshing, an Fresh. I've drinking this water for years. Best thing we did was adding the 5 gallon bottle to our household. Besides drinking we use it for cooking, an I must useage to our morning coffee pot.

This has to been one of the worst companies I’ve ever had to deal with. Drivers can’t show up when they’re supposed to and customer service is a joke. It seems like no one is doing their job. I’ve terminated service and I’m still waiting on them to pick up the dispenser. It’s ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and buy your own dispenser and buy bottles at Food Lion.

Le Bleu water is the absolute purest and best water on the planet! The bottles are safe and hardy and easily recyclable, as are the caps, unlike other bottles. But the best part is the taste of pure water!

Have been drinking Le Bleu water for over 25 years. Great, great water. No taste!! Very refreshing!! I was in a grocery store yesterday and had the opportunity to brag on Le Bleu water to a shopper. She saw me loading up 2 cases of Le Bleu water into my cart and asked if it was good water. She told me she had moved here from out West and was curious about bottled water here. I commenced to telling her how refreshing Le Bleu was and how long I had been drinking it. She questioned why I had 8 bottles of the 1.5 liters in my cart and I told her that was for my indoor cat, who is 3 months past 19-years-old, and Le Bleu was the only water I have ever given him!! She was amazed and thanked me for the information on the water.

Le Bleu is the best water ever! It is the only brand my family and I will drink. We also use it for cooking. Our dog drinks it and we use it to water our plants. I have shared Le Bleu with friends who live in VA because the don't have a lot of healthy options like NC . Once they tasted Le Bleu water for the first time my friends told me now all the other brands of water tastes terrible that is so awesome!
