I receive a text telling me that my delivery is scheduled for Dec 19 and make sure I leave my bottle out. Well no one ever came. I didn’t get my water. So I call and asked what happened no one could give me an answer. The lady told me it would be Jan 3 or Jan 7. So I have to go without until then. She didn’t know why they didn’t

I'm an existing customer of many years. In the past you could come during business hours and purchase bottled water. I drove all the way there to get a case of premium water for an event and was told I can only pre-order water for delivery. No effort to help at all, Very disappointing. I purchased another brand because I needed it for my event that weekend.

Love this water.After storm Helene we had no water or power. Organizations were handing out water. We received 2 cases of Le Blue water - it was really good and BPA free.Since we wouldn’t be able to drink our tap water for awhile - I thought I’d return the favor and order from Le BlueWe were already happy with the waterBut what made Le Blue really stand out was the service. Ethan - our delivery guy was, prompt, professional, and friendly. With the way he went about his job, the care he took, and making sure I understood how to set up and use cooler - I thought maybe he owed the company.

Le Bleu has me drinking water. I always have a bottle nearby when I go to bed. I always have one to drink while driving. Of course, as I write this review, there's a bottle nearby. I never liked water as much as I do now. Glad to be a client!

Unable to follow simple instructions.I had my account tagged to ring my doorbell so I can open my garage door for the delivery people to pick up the old bottles and drop off the new ones. However, those instructions were not followed for two out of the three deliveries. The only one where they did it correctly, I was in my garage with the door open already. The last time, they just dropped off new full bottles and charged extra for 4 more bottle deposits. I will not be using this service any longer.

We have been LeBlue customers for three years. When we went out of town our card was flagged as fraud and LeBlue flat out refused to leave our water. You would think since we have been loyal customers for three years that he would have left it on good faith knowing we would pay the bill when we got home. What a terrible company.

My family and I have used Le Bleu water for about 30 years. I use it on my jobsites, I also use it at home, I have a cooler at my residence, both of my daughters use it and we do all of our cooking with Le Bleu. I also use it for our local Sports Club where I am a director. It is absolutely no question the best water you can get.

I have used Lebleu triad bottled water for ten years for drinking and cooking. It is delivered to my home monthly in 3 gallon bottles. The taste invites me to drink more water on a daily basis.

The best. And it’s made in the Carolinas. It’s the ONLY water my family, pets, and myself use. We have different 3 water stations throughout the house. We order the 5 gallon we use at most 3 in a week. And they deliver to residents. Can’t go wrong

Le Bleu water is the absolutely the best. At work, we tried another brand, but within several months, we went back to Le Bleu. At our home, we use the Le Bleu 20 oz. bottles. When we travel we also take Le Bleu with us. IT'S THE BEST!

I’ve used Lebleu services over 10 years and still love them as if it was day one. They have always given 5+ stars. Customer service and the delivery drivers. It’s great talking with employees and they all love their jobs which says a lot now days. The water deserves more than 5 stars. My dogs even drink Le Bleu and we’ve never had any tummy issues like a lot of dogs have. The funny part when given water from the fridge or faucet they refuse to drink it.

The water is delicious which, of course, was my main concern. But when you add in exceptional delivery service and all of the people answering phones when you have a question or wish to add to your order are so awesome, that it is a pleasure to call them. I could not be happier with Lee Bleu water. And Le Bleu is not the first water company that I have dealt with so I do have a really good basis for comparison!

I’m posting this score because I have been a long time customer. Always loved the water and still do. I unfortunately recently lost my father and am out of work at the moment. They are very accommodating and usually take a portion of the payment. I called to make the payment but was only told it was $$. The next day I was charged the remaining balance without me knowing of this second charge. I called to see what happened and was told my “contract” stated they can collect remaining balance. Well if that was the case I should have been told at time of payment. I’ll still use them but WOW. I could have used a card that had that amt on it and now I get deal with overdraft fees. This all could have been avoided if they had just let me know my full balance was $$$ and needed satisfied at that time. Instead they chose to ask for the smaller amt then just charge my card on file without my consent. That’s poor customer service. I have a copy of the contract being sent to me. Of course I didn’t read it, but they have not been this way before. Added: Thank you for responding. I will be reviewing the contract and if there were a balance since May why didn’t someone inform me of that when I called to pay bill?
