I am a Le Bleu customer for 20+ years. The company - meaning customer service - is GREAT!@ The water is also pretty good. I used 5 gallon, 12 oz and now 3 gallon bottles. My delivery guy - Ryan- has followed me through 3 moves of my home. Today I experienced my first ever need to call customer service. I talked with Danell about a delivery I cancelled that ended up in my driveway. She took the time to determine it was a computer "glitch" not my problem or Ryan's problem. All is well with Le Bleu - a company I highly recommend.

Le Bleu simply tastes great. It has increased my consumption of water. The delivery is punctual and moderately priced. However, there can be a lenghty wait on the phone for service. Also, there is sometimes a breakdown in communication between the office and the delivery driver - getting more or less jugs than you requested.

I've used Le Bleu water for three (plus) years now and I love it! I grew up on fresh spring water from the Appalachian Mountain range and it was always a chore to find decent bottled water once I moved. Each military move meant that I was always restricted to companies local to my new area and going through each before deciding on a subscription was a headache. Cue my move to Greensboro and the same process. When I purchased a bottle of LeBleu I was finally happy with a water delivery company. Le Bleu has no after taste and I can't be happier!

Our family has been getting LeBleu delivery for probably 10 years. Convenient and easy plus reducing the amount of plastic bottles is a plus. Even our pups love LeBleu. They even won a photo contest.It’s nice to be able to make adjustments to orders online and never had a problem with customer service.We would love a water and ice cooler but we would like to purchase and not rent it!
